Hot-Lanta

I started out in February running down in the south where it's so humid that you can cut the air with a knife, but slowly I got use to it.
While in Arizona I ran in 112 degree weather, but that's a dry heat, whatever that means.

Then when I went home I have been running in San Diego and Portland weather. You know, 75 and no humidity...The weather God likes to run in.

Today I ran here in Atlanta with my friend Paul and almost died!
Sure the dizziness and feeling like I was going to drop dead at any minute was exhilarating but it made me feel like I had reverted back to February again.

Maybe it has nothing to do with the weather...Maybe it's just that running is stupid.

Please help me....I am stuck in Oregon some place, or actually I think I was in Washington today. I climbed until I hit water and then I dropped my camera in the water so these are the only photo's I have. There are many bugs here and they are hungry for blood, my blood. I don't know what Lewis and Clark were thinking, they should have taken the freeway to get out here.

Hello People,
I am Judy's niece Kelsey. Judy and I are watching a scary movie by Stephen King. The dude who killed this other dude, got attacked by little toy army men and died. We didn't think it was scary. Tomorrow is going to be fun because Judy and I get to spend the WHOLE day together. We are going to have some fun in our gold minivan. Judy is funny so I think you should buy her CD...It will make you happy.

I think the coolest thing about this school is their blatant stereotypical Irish mascot who wants to fight you. Sure he's short, but like an axe wielding midget clown, he could do some serious damage to your shins!

I'm a Domer

Woke up at 4:30 am...Actually 7:30 am San Diego time but 4:30 am Indiana time. My roommate and I ran the two lakes on the campus at Notre Dame in the rain. We looked like Rudy, except we are women and not as pudgy as Rudy. I will update you on all the Irish fun this week!

Summer Fun

In the summer, while I'm home I pretty much live out of my car. My surfboard, bike, running shoes, goggles, wetsuits, everything I need to spend all day having fun I keep in my car. There are times when people get me confused with a person who lives out of my car but I think that's my own fault. I shouldn't beg for change and yell at people as they drive by.

Prairie Home Companion Flick

After a morning at the dentist, and afternoon getting my stitches out, I topped off the day by seeing 'A Prairie Home Companion';

1 out of 3 aint bad.

The movie was great and of course I was the youngest in the packed theatre by 60 years but that just proves how cool I am once again.

If you have any taste what so ever go see this movie, but don't do it for me, do it cause you want to be popular. Everybody will be talking about this movie after I tell them about it. It has all sorts of cool people in it:Woody Harrelson, Tommy Lee Jones, Lindsay Lohan (she's cool because she was in a Herbie movie), Kevin Kline, Meryl Streep,Lilly Tomlin not to mention my favorite author and radio geek who wrote the screen play and stars in it, Garrison Keillor. Even my friend Thomas who took said photo up above is in the movie, he really steals the scene as his portrayal as a Asst. Technical Director/Transmission Engineer moonlighting as a stage hand.

All in all it sure did beat the stitches.

I told you I would be the crazy cat lady. Ya'll have to deal with me because everything came back negative. This is a case of bad meaning good...kind of like saying, "He's one bad mamma jamma".
